The BCDC was specifically created by the legislature to ensure maximum feasible public access to the Bay. So voting to close the path violates any number of laws and policies.

As for driving while distracted by the phone…yeah that’s also illegal.

This excuse is BS. Unpaid traffic tickets can already result in a bench warrant and arrest even without the court summons.
