Easy fix?
Easy fix?
Going around Vancouver looking for the filming locations from my favourite TV show. Trying to find all the angles to match screenshots from the show. I know it’s a bit silly but that TV show inspired me to get into the career I’ve worked in for the last decade and is a fond memory of growing up. Vancouver is such a nice place, and if I had the money I’d consider moving there.
I think the joke of the ghost costume as a white sheet has been lost.
I think we are thinking of different things when we talk about biscuits
Same. I’m downloading a car right now.
But also, they travel frugally, not having a luxurious lifestyle between earning higher than average wage.
OP couldn’t comprehend an email, and when everyone tried to reassure them that nothing for them has changed they doubled down. The closest thing to justification I can figure is “all my clients are borderline illiterate as well and it upset them”.
How in the world could you be upset that a product you already paid for is not providing that specific feature for free anymore. They’ve even made the phone software free!
Inside all of us there are two hippos…
Came here to say something similar.
A Stargate spin-off with a premise that leans away from Earth being so extremely overpowered like they were by the end of the show. Focus on feet-on-the-ground missions and exploration. Less space battles (but not none), more mysterious alien worlds.
It wouldn’t be impossible that 12 is an improvement. 10 was an improvement on 8. I think, as always, it’ll never go back to a truely good OS, we will just get used to the crap bits.
I think windows is too entrenched in it’s own version history to make good again. You’d need to start from scratch which simply won’t happen within the windows brand.
10 was already deep into hiding settings and fragmenting the control panel.
11 is much worse.
How do they detect it?
Are we talking commercial VPN like Nord or Proton? What about something like Tailscale to connect to your home network?
Do you have any tips for writing professional documentation? I want to do some for my workplace but it’s hard to know where to start, how to arrange it, etc
As someone who both dislikes westerns and liked the first Red Dead Redemption, everything I’ve heard about RDR2 makes me think I would not like it at all.
It sounds like they took a great game and injected it with mindless busy-body gameplay mechanics. I’ve barely ever heard people talk about the story, which doesn’t really help sell a game that’s a sequel to a story focused game.
Holy cow. It’s like someone thought “the human race isn’t using enough single use plastic, how can we pump up those numbers? Maybe we can tie it in to the basic consumption of tap water.”
Well if we go by Dragon Ball Z rules, the change will happen in another timeline, and he’ll come back to this unchanged one.
But are we talking a fight before one side backs down? Or a fight to the death?
Hey guys, relax, I heard Oceania just had a massive victory over the Eurasian armies.
I think it’s a bit of a stretch. The businesses reasoning was that the severe weight of the staff member would interfere with performing the job, claiming it was “a full house” and that it wouldn’t be possible to walk around properly in the venue. That can easily be formalised as an OH&S concern.
As long as they did it in a professional manner, I don’t think that’s promoting fatphobia, which is being claimed, even though I’m pretty sure obesity is not a protected class. The fact that part of the article tries to support the case by saying the film contains fat jokes shows there’s not a lot of weight to the case.
Maybe they could go for workplace bullying, but that won’t work for an isolated incident.
