I’ve been following the instructions of a bunch of posts I found online but nothing works :( I’ve heard that there is a way to crack the latest versions but I really don’t know how since I’m not that knowledgeable about this kind of stuff

If a method to crack an app requires root, the developer of the crack (or the instructions) should say so. I wouldn’t recommend rooting just to try if you can’t already find the information yourself.
I’ve never run a crack on android, only run patchers and pre-modder apps, so I can’t give you advice on that specifically.Lucky patcher is just a patcher and says it should run fine without root.
