I would like to run code-server but i don’t like the idea of trackers hence codium. I found this old reddit thread but it wasn’t particularly helpful.

    Afaik it uses a very similar codebase and plugins can be easily ported or might even work out of the box.

      Anything that works with VSCodium works with Theia, Theia just has an optional deeper plugin system so you can completely customize it.
