when I was a prep cook we’d get some in that we’re like half the size of my thigh. mind you I’m pretty skinny but still these things were ridonckulous
that’s just genetivally modified food for ya. amazing what we can do with a funky cheese string inside some cells.
Hell yeah I didn’t complain, it made mirepoix a breeze.
